Services
I offer in person and virtual therapy. All virtual services are conducted through live two-way video conferencing for remote accessibility. Established clients will be provided with a secure and HIPAA compliant Client Portal that offers convenient scheduling and payment services. Prior to commencing psychotherapy sessions, digital paperwork such as intake and consent forms will be required for submission. I do not take insurance at this time but can provide a Superbill when requested. You have 48 hours before the session to cancel the session. I value both your time and mine. Cancellations within 48 hours and no shows will be charged the full fee.

Initial Consultation - 45-50 minutes
The initial consultation marks the beginning of our clinical journey together. During this initial session, we will delve into your personal and health history, previous experiences with therapy, and general needs. This will allow us to gain a better understanding of your unique situation and to create a personalized treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. Together, we will explore your treatment goals in-depth and discuss how we can work collaboratively to achieve them. This initial session will also allow us to determine if there is a therapeutic match. My ultimate goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where we can build a strong therapeutic relationship and work together towards your personal growth and healing.

Psychotherapy Session - 45-50 minutes
Therapy is a transformative journey towards growth and self-discovery, which requires consistency and commitment. During the intake session, we will work together to identify a regular time and schedule that aligns with your needs and supports your therapeutic goals. This ensures that we maintain a consistent and reliable therapeutic partnership that fosters progress and personal development. Moving forward, our returning sessions will serve as ongoing therapeutic sessions where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment, ultimately guiding you towards greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

Couples Therapy - 50-90 minutes
You and your partner feel disconnected, miscommunications seem to happen more often than not. You feel like you have the same goals but things keep getting lost, ending in you feeling alone and upset. You know you want to be together but something feels like it is getting in the way. You and your partner are tired of the cycle and are ready to make things work.
Together we will explore the unique dynamics of your relationship, identifying your pasts, patterns, your strengths and areas that need improvement. We will work towards building skills towards effective communication, rebuilding trust and nurturing a deep connection. We will cultivate a shared vision for your future and build the toolbox to get you there.
